Take me back to the last dinner at Tott

// Sundays are truly a day that many times makes me reflect over my every day. The monday-anxiety takes over my body and my brain a bit. There are so many opportunities and so many offers that makes my head spin at a crazy level. How do you know what’s right if you haven’t tried?

Something I do know was right though, was Åre. I’m longing to get back there and I hope to be there the whole season next winter. It would be lovely to make a dream come true. I’d love to study too. God, I say so much but I always end up somewhere totally else… I’m quite pleased with having it that way though. I never know what is gonna happen to me and with me, and even if that worries me sometimes it’s also a pleasure to follow the movie about Alicia – the movie with an ending that can’t be guessed.

// This is the view we had every night from Tott, where we stayed. It was a really good hotel of which we will absolutely book the rest of the times we’ll visit Åre. A really high-class hotel with spa, delicious food and drinks, and ski-in. It was a dream.

Drinken smakade i alla fall äppelpaj, sjukt gott!

// The last night we ate at the hotel restaurant and it was also a dream. I forgot to take photo of my main course but I recorded it to my Åre-vlog that will be up soon hehe… The drink tasted like applepie, crazy-delicious! Isacs drink in the bakcground was also good, but not at all like mine!! We actually have a huge different taste in drinks. He likes bitter drinks and I like them to be sweet, and most preferable coffee-drinks!

// This was the starter. If I remind it right it was tartar made of elk or raindeer? It was also crazy-delicious.

// Do you see the dessert though? Crème brûlée with berries and their own sorbet. It was so good that I thought I would faint. I’ll definitely order it again when we get there next time. Wow! I wish I would’ve taken a photo of their irish coffee too though… yummie! My fave. If you want to impress me you’ll have to make the best irish coffee, with lots of cream! 😉

Nostalgy-trip back to Gothenburg

KNITTED – RALPH LAUREN / JUMPSUIT – H&M x COACHELLA

I played it simple about a month ago when I wore this. The knitted sweater has been a favorite piece in my wardrobe ever since I got it back when I was 14 when I inherited it. It’s not in the best shape anymore, but I still love it. I think the jumpsuit matches it perfectly while being in the archipelago. A little countryside-chic, we can call it.

I actually lived on Tjörn which in an island in the archipelago of Gothenburg for about two months for an internship at NA-KD where I managed the influencer marketing. I loved the internship but Gothenburg was truly not my place to be, even though I enjoyed my time at Tjörn which was about an hour of drive from GBG. It was calm and silent, and even though that made me sad in the beginning, it became useful for me now and forward. I learned how to be alone and actually be okay with it.

Now, though, I’m back home in Stockholm since about a month ago, or maybe even a little longer. I like Stockholm, but I’ve realized that Tjörn is a perfect place for a future-country place. I wouldn’t be able to live there all year around, but during summer it made me happy and I felt comfortable being there for a while.

What would the end of summer be without an ice cream? Nothing, of course, so to end this blogpost I’m wishing you a happy weekend and I hope all of you are well. Until next time. ♡
